I provide a nonjudgmental, compassionate, and practical environment to work with individuals and couples in achieving their relationship goals, whether it's coping with grief of break-up/divorce, seeking meaning/life purpose, accepting a financial loss, credit restoration, dealing with transition, fostering relationships, overcoming approval addictions, codependency, remembering who you are/self- actualization, low self –esteem/self -image, child ADHD/ODD, academic concerns, foster children transition into adulthood help, uncertainty about life or seeking connection in marriage grown apart.

I look for the best in my clients and partner it with my education, training, and experience to develop satisfying solutions, tools, and skills. I listen and I talk. We have a friendly chat!

People vary in the amount of sessions they need to feel better, think clearer, and move forward. Clients usually see improvement and resolution between 1-12 weekly sessions, and have the option to continue with more sessions or return at a later date to review tools or address other issues.

Fees

 I offer a free, 15-minute initial consultation by phone to see if we're a therapeutic fit, as this greatly determines the success of working together.
